Buffalo Burger

This tasty buffalo burger has the rich, lean flavor of buffalo meat. You can eat it instead of beef, and it tastes different enough to satisfy your burger cravings.

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground buffalo meat

  • 1/4 cup bread crumbs

  • 1/4 cup diced onion

  • 1/4 cup diced bell pepper

  • 1/4 cup diced celery

  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1 egg

  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

  • 4 hamburger buns

  • Lettuce leaves

  • Tomato slices

  • Pickles

  • Ketchup and mustard for condiments

Instructions:

Put bread crumbs, diced onion, diced bell pepper, diced celery, shredded cheddar cheese, egg, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper in a bowl


Mix the ingredients together


Combine the parts until they are well mixed


Split the mixture in half and shape each half into a burger patty


Warm up your grill or pan on the stove by setting it on medium-high heat


Put the buffalo burger patties on the grill or pan and cook them for four to five minutes on each side, or until they're done the way you like them


For a minute or two, toast the hamburger buns on the grill until they get a little brown


Put lettuce, tomato slices, and pickles on the bottom bun of your buffalo burgers to put it together


Add a cooked buffalo patty and sauces like ketchup and mustard on top


Put the other half of the bun on top and serve hot

With these vibrant and entertaining cake batter macarons, savor the delicious flavors of cake batter. Ideal for parties or just to indulge your sweet tooth!

Ingredients:

  • 120g almond meal

  • 200g powdered sugar

  • 100g egg whites aged, room temperature

  • 30g granulated sugar

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/2 tsp almond extract

  • 2-3 drops pink gel food coloring

  • 1/4 cup rainbow sprinkles

Instructions:

Prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat


Sift almond meal and powdered sugar together in a large bowl


Discard any large particles left in the sieve


In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites with an electric mixer until they begin to foam


Gradually add granulated sugar and continue beating until stiff peaks form


Add salt, vanilla extract, almond extract, and pink gel food coloring to the egg white mixture


Beat until well combined


Gently fold the almond meal and powdered sugar mixture into the egg white mixture until a smooth, shiny batter forms


Be careful not to overmix


Transfer the batter to a piping bag fitted with a round tip


Pipe small circles about 1 inch in diameter onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each macaron


Tap the baking sheet on the counter to release any air bubbles


Sprinkle rainbow sprinkles on top of each macaron

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 350F 175C


Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners


In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt


Set aside


In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy


Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition


Stir in the vanilla extract


Alternate adding the dry ingredients and the milk in two or three portions, beginning and ending with the dry ingredients


Mix until just combined


Fold in the sour cream until the batter is smooth


In a separate bowl, mix together the cinnamon sugar for the topping 1/4 cup granulated sugar with 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

Add a dollop of the cinnamon filling mix 8 tablespoons of softened butter, brown sugar, and ground cinnamon to each cupcake and swirl it into the batter with a toothpick or a skewer


Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a cupcake comes out clean


Allow the cupcakes to cool in the muffin tin for a few minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely


Once the cupcakes are cool, frost them with cream cheese frosting and garnish with cinnamon sticks
